But it’s really about learning how to use your core & pelvic floor system. Focusing on whole body movements, your breathing, and posture because this is what we do during our days.

Squeezing and doing kegels is not a functional move. I’ve heard so many times that kegels have not helped or made my clients symptoms worse.
