Pressure piping is my favourite way of putting text on to cakes now and I thought I'd show you how I like to do it. 
I wasn't able to pipe vertically for a really long time but 11 years of practice has finally paid off 🙌🏻

They are made of frosting sheets and cut on a Cameo 4. I place them on American buttercream after it has crusted) and they do not melt or discolor. For cut settings, I set my material as cardstock and the exact force and speed depend on the day because its humid here in FL.
