Banoffee Biscoff Trifle *quantities will vary depending on trifle bowl size* 1 packet plain vanilla sponge or Madeira cake, diced (I used half the pack) 2 cups thick vanilla custard 600ml thickened cream 1 tablespoon vanilla 1/3 jar Biscoff, softened 1/3 jar caramel, I used @bonnemaman_au 250g pack Biscoff cookies, roughly crushed 5-6 bananas, sliced Note: *if you can’t find the caramel you can swap for another layer of softened Biscoff spread, it honestly doesn’t make a massive difference in terms of flavour First whip your cream with the vanilla until soft peaks form, set aside in the fridge
