Taste the pain!

This is my favorite version of this meme
He specifically talked about the tranquilizing drug of gradualism in his most famous speech.

What did you hate about it?

Tell me about it. The division is one of my favorite franchises, I’ve felt like they’ve kept one of my favorite games hostage for over a decade now.

I’m sure there are plenty of people feeling terribly ashamed that dogbert on lemmy is laughing at them. Make sure to respond with plenty of laughing emojis because I’m a moron ok?
Well she’s now rich and will never hear a single syllable uttered by you, so yeah that sounds pretty empowered to me.

As the Boston Herald reported, the father, identified in court documents as Alan L., is described as a “devout Christian” who objects to the inclusion of certain children’s books featuring LGBTQ+ characters in the kindergarten curriculum of Joseph Estabrook Elementary School, where his son, identified as J.L., is enrolled.

It’s the comedic premise of the movie, it’s not like it perpetuates the racist notions that were the real problem with pseudoscience like eugenics.

Lmao no shit. How many well regulated militias are you familiar with?

I’m not sure I understand this take. Are you specifically talking about Hollywood vs. indies? I would consider PTA a part of Hollywood and I thought One Battle After another was fantastic. Same for people like Zach Cregger, Yorgos Lanthimos, or Danny Boyle.

You know what, that’s my bad. I thought I was talking to someone that might see the error of their ways, but you’re the kind of person that wants to continue arguing at all costs. So bottom line,
And you’re gonna have to learn to deal with it like the rest of us.
is terrible, truly garbage tier advice. I hope for the rest of your life your bosses, therapists, and anyone else in a position to listen to or help you with anything offers only that sentiment to you until you learn your lesson.
“’Cause I got that boom boom that all the boys chase And all the right junk in all the right places” -Diogenes 370 BC

This is like having a conversation with a brick wall, I hope for your sake you’re actually trying to be obtuse.
And you’re gonna have to learn to deal with it like the rest of us.
You said these words right? Stairs are an obstacle that people in wheel chairs are unable to navigate without assistance. Now apply that lesson to aspects of people that aren’t as immediately visually obvious as a wheel chair. Do you fault people with PTSD for not being able to “deal with” triggers that would be completely innocuous to you? I used the same words that you did this time so that we can continue having a conversation since the word “mad” threw you for such a loop.

This is not a disabled person going up stairs.
Yes, it’s called an analogy I’m sorry that was lost on you. Do you also get mad at people with PTSD who are triggered by things that don’t affect you in the slightest?

Hey lazy asshole in the wheelchair, I walk up these stairs everyday. There are stairs everywhere, you have to learn how to deal with them just like I do. Why is empathy so hard for some people? Everyone experiences reality differently, more equity and inclusivity is never a bad thing.
I dismissed it because it can’t be corroborated, which is the same reason you should dismiss it as well. Sure, life would be a lot easier if I could be swayed by random bullshit on reddit and turn off all critical thinking skills and logic at a whim, but I can’t. God it would be easy to decisively talk about the sex of a random amateur boxer halfway across the world while simultaneously decrying the “culture war”, but I can’t. Man life would be so much simpler if I could just be that goddamn stupid 👍
Look, I’m kind of mad that you’re dragging me back into this stupid year old argument. Quoting a bunch of reddit comments is not particularly convincing “evidence”. There’s plenty in there that address some of your points and I’m not going to sit here and have a proxy argument with you through other’s comments. I don’t believe there’s enough evidence to say they are a male, nor do I know enough about genetics to say anything worthwhile about whether she’s intersex and what sort of implications that brings. Based on what you’ve said so far, I’m guessing you’re no geneticist either.
This is exactly why organizations are instituting sex testing, so that we don’t have to have a silly culture war and can just focus on sports. Khelif is welcome to compete in women’s leagues after going through the same sex test that everyone else will go through as well.
You’re the one standing up for the people waging the culture war here, JKR doesn’t give a shit about women’s sports. Khelif’s lost a quarter of her fights, she’s good but she’s no Mike Tyson.
the IOC stating that it’s a DSD issue
The IOC did not state this, they just conflated DSD with transgender in the initial statement. Why do you keep saying the leaks are undisputed? Read my initial quote about Snopes trying to corroborate the claims and being unable to.
Khelif could remove all doubt with a simple, cheap, non-invasive sex test, so why hasn’t that happened?
What doubt is there exactly, you’re pretty convinced that they’re a male with nothing but conjecture, smoke and mirrors.
Damn TIL, fuckin bad ass. I looked up a doc on YouTube and was pleasantly surprised by the comments too.
