*Very similar recipe - tinned vegetables instead of frozen, and frozen chicken substitute instead of tofu. I don't even cook it in a pan, but mix up a portion on a plate and bung that in the oven on a low heat to cook, then plop some microwave rice on top. Try this- pack the rice into a measuring cup and make a mound in the center of the bowl, like building a sandcastle. Then ladle the soup/stew around it, and garnish the rice.
