Fascinating critical analysis youve got there. No wonder this community sucks if *you're* the mod.
The script, is subjective to you, if you don't like the way things are going you're obviously going to be more critical to it, but none of it has been any worse than standard superhero/comicbook dialog. Momentum and pacing are the same thing, something happening suddenly in a story you're invested in has the desired impact of being jarring, in a story you've checked out of, you see it as just not making sense and being unnecessary.
Which leads everything back to...."lackluster direction", which is where what you wanted the show to be has defeated your opportunity to enjoy it. by Huxleywaswrite @lemmy.world reason: "Fascinating critical analysis youve got there.
