I had a busy year with cross stitching for sure. I got a lot professionally framed this year at our local Hobby Lobby. They have a girl there that actually laces the pieces, and she does a great job. It was a good year for me - but not so much in quilting. I got a lot done but not like I used to do many years ago. I am so surprised how much I got done when I worked full time. How did I do it? So here are the quilt finishes for this year. Bonnie Hunter Mystery 2024/25 Diamond Gardens Laundry Basket Blizard (This was a pre-cut kit--way to go with all these angles) Fig Tree Mystery Hodge Podge (This was a kit) A simple 5" square quilt with chenille to make it look like plaid. Flower Girl quilt Our pastor and his wife had a baby boy this year and they named him Judah. Thought this was a cute quilt for him. A quilt that me and the two girls that I teach to sew made for our churches women's Christmas coffee. A signature quilt I made for a dear friend Kathy Eckman who moved away.
