This is a lovley rare Japanese shakudo bracelet.It was made in Japan in the 1920s/30s era.It is made of brass,then hand enamelled in black and then meticulously hand painted in 24 k.It consists of nine medallions.The medallions have been finely handpainted with beautiful typical Japanese motifs.Some are landscapes depicting pakodas,water and Mt Fuji.Some are floral,some depict birds etc.It is in very good condition for its age but does have a little wear and tear.The alligator clip works well,but a little stiff.It has a safety chain too.Please study the pictures.It comes with a velvet drawstring bag.
