Tuna salad rice bowl! Mainly pantry items - can of tuna, quick cup rice & some fresh veggies steamed quickly in microwave. Some salt n pepper with loads of fresh lemon and your good to go! Now that's my kinda fast food!

Have you tried them yet?🥰🍓🍫 I was surprised by how good these were! These are perfect as a little snack on hot days☀️ How to:⁣ 1. Mix your favorite yogurt with chopped strawberries until well combined. You can add some sweetener if you want. ⁣ 2. Form little circles of strawberry yogurt on a board lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about 1 hour. ⁣ 3. Coat the frozen yogurt circle with melted chocolate. Top with shredded coconut. ⁣ 4. Freeze for another 5-10 mins and enjoy!⁣
