Ingredients:
•8 mini brie rounds.
•1 puff pastry sheet.
•honey (about 1/2-1 tbsp per bite plus more for drizzling).
•1 egg (beaten)
•chives to taste.
•1 cookie cutter (3.5 inch).

Directions:
1. Roll out your puff pastry to about 1.5 its size. Cut 8 rounds.
2. Place parchment paper on a sheet pan, add the honey in little dollops, score the brie and place on top. Wrap the puff pastry over the brie as tightly as you can.
3. Pinch the edges with a fork.
4. Brush with the egg and bake at 400F for 20-22 min.
5. Top with chives and more honey.
