While visiting gift shops, I saw decoupage oyster shells with gold edges. I fell in love with them and had to make some as gifts. Since I live near the Chesapeake Bay, I asked a local friend if she knew where I could get some. She found a ton of them for me. The choices

Any printed tissue paper will work or print your own as I did with the 12 days of Christmas. I’ll share the link to that clip art in stories. 🌲 Instructions: 1. Wash shells 2. Paint inside with pearlized craft paint, let dry 3. Apply modge podge, I used satin 4. Apply tissue design (if covering entire shell you’ll need to trim) 5. Cover entire inside of shell over tissue with modge podge let dry 6.
