Delaying caffeine intake upon waking can help reset our cortisol’s diurnal rhythm. ➡️ The optimal goal of caffeine delay is 60-90 minutes, but when I first started, I tried 20 mins and gradually pushed that time back.  One of my Morning Tonics:
