In Davinci Resolve you can use the RETIME CURVE

This technique allows you to visualise the curve and manipulate the speed smoothly.

Start by placing your iPhone on the floor and switch to Cinematic mode. This gives you that stunning depth of field and an interesting angle. 2. For the second shot, switch to the 1x camera and film yourself pressing the elevator button from your point of view. 3. Next, you’ll need two shots: one of the elevator doors opening and another of your chosen location. Make sure both shots have forward movement to create a seamless transition. 4. Now, let’s head to the editing room. In CapCut, use the mask tool to combine the elevator and location shots.
