Let one layer dry before applying the next. I give it 3 layers but you can apply however many you need. 👉 Sand it down using any rough sponge to remove dirt particles. Benefits: 1. Makes the application of paint smoother. 2. Gives a good base to work on. Just like prepping your skin with primer before makeup. 3. Tightens up the canvas paper and makes it sturdy. I usually do this a day in advance and leave it overnight to dry but you can also use a hairdryer to fasten up the process and start the actual painting 🫶🏼✨ #arttips #howto #howtoprepcanvas #painting #preppingcanvas #smallartist #informati Prep A Canvas For Painting, Canvas Base Painting, How To Prep A Canvas, How To Prep Canvas For Acrylic, Sponge Painting Canvas, Canvas Prep, Watercolor 101, How To Make Canvas, Dyi Art
