kidibone on Instagram: "Chocolate cake recipe below: Ingredients 4 large eggs 150 g granulated sugar or 3/4 cup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup milk 120 g cake flour 2 tsp baking powder 20 g Dutch cocoa powder ~ for the hot chocolate sauce; 1 cup milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/3 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoon Dutch processed cocoa 50 g milk chocolate 50 g dark chocolate 70 g dark chocolate for decorating Preparation: Mix eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until it becomes thick and pale yellow. Add the vanilla, oil and milk then add all the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter comes together nicely. Add to a grease pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
