I got the jumbo pasta shells on right on into our cupcake liner and all we're going to do is gently flip these right inside out. Next step is to take some of our mashed potatoes. I got the pre-made stuff just because it's easier. I already had to cook up the shells and then cook this up too so I didn't want to do multiple cookings even though this is cooking but I was being lazy. So, I got the premade mashed potatoes but you guys can absolutely get anything fresh. You can home make it. You can make it from the instant mashed potatoes but pre made in my opinion was just easier. And we're going to get some of this into the bottom of each one of our shells. Next I'm going to bring out my frozen meatballs. And these ones are on the smaller size. They're half ounce bite sizes. So they're not as big as some of the other meatballs and we're just going to add one to each one of our little shelves. It's going to be the perfect size You can use this for a dinner idea, an appetizer idea because they are like single serve. Just such a great little combination of ingredients that we're using. Just like that. I'm going to go ahead and use some garlic powder just right on over the top just for a little bit extra flavoring. You don't have to use the garlic powder. You could use maybe some fresh garlic or just leave it out all together and then some onion powder as well. This is just, you know, to jazz it up a little bit and just like that, the best parts. I'm going to use my beef gravy. This is McCormick beef gravy and the super convenient little pour spot which is perfect for this dish and we're just going to add some right on over the top filling all around that meatball into that shell it's okay if it spills over into the cupcake pan liner because that's what it's there for to keep everything pretty contained so just go ahead and get some right on in there. You can do as little or as much as you'd like but just keep in mind that you're going to have to get it out of here so you don't want it to be too too messy. And then we're going to use some mozzarella cheese. This is going to just go right on over the top. And again the cheese you can change up if you don't like mozzarella or you think a different cheese would work better. Absolutely. Do whatever you think you and your family are going to enjoy. I've got some mozzarella here and I think that'll be perfect with this. Just go ahead and top this and you can use as much or as little cheese as you'd like. You don't even have to use cheese. I just think it kind of seals in that gravy and just makes it extra delicious. Alright and that is it. These are going to head to the oven at 350 for about 25, 35 minutes. That meatballs already cooked so you really just need to warm everything up. Alright, this is just from the oven. We've got it boiling in here if you can see it if you can hear it. Just a little sizzly. Looks so good and it smells amazing ahead and see if we can't just pop one of these up and out of here. Look how perfect that came out. I'm obsessed. Like little yummy, delicious dinner bites. Let's just get a couple more. And you guys can use, you know, like any kind of gravy. You can add some more on top of this if you would like and whatever else you guys think that you guys and your family would enjoy. These are totally customizable and they smell so good. For garnish, I'm going to do some green onions just right on over the top. Completely optional but if you know me, know that I love my green onion. Beautiful. You could use a fork and knife but I'm just going to go and use it as like a finger food. So, cheers. Let's give it a go. It was really good. I didn't get any meatball though so let's try again. Mhm. Oh yeah. Definitely want to try these.

Tex Mex inspired potato cups since everybody just loved our potato cups. So I got some ground beef here that I went ahead and browned ahead of time with some taco seasoning. And we're just going to pop these bad boys in for about another 10 to 15 minutes. And we'll see you guys in a minute. A Alright ladies and gentlemen. Look at our taco cups. Then I got some refried beans. And I'm just going to add a layer of refried beaned refried bean. Alright, then we got some pico. I'm just going to add Little bit of pico to the I love the smell of fresh pico. Yes, I do do. And it's going to add a nice texture to these cups. Just like that there. I got some squeeze guacamole. Guys, I didn't have time to make my own guac. So, we are just squeezing our own guac right on the top. You know, if you want to make your own guacamole, you can definitely do that. We are going for a little bit more convenience today. And that's okay. Alright, so the next thing we are going to add is some diced jalapenos. We just going to get a little bit right at the top. And this step is totally optional if you don't want jalapenos on yours. You don't have to add it. That is totally up to you. Alright guys. I got my plate ready. So I'mma go ahead and scoop this bad boy out right here in the front. Check that out. Alright. We going to give this baby Bubba a taste.

Once you got your chicken nice and coated, Put a lid on it. Alright, y'all. It's been about 25 minutes. Let's get these out of our pot. Put em here on our cutting board. Perfect. Now, we're coming in with one large onion diced. Got two green peppers. And 2 red peppers. That looks good. And if you'd subscribe to the heat package, go ahead and add one diced jalapeno. Alright, we're just going to let this cook for a few minutes. Alright y'all. It's been about 10 minutes. We're going to start. One block of our cube cheese. Oh there we go. Y'all know you know what that is. That's one block of our Velveeta cheese. Add two cans of our Rotel. One whole bag of our baby spinach. And now we're going to add 32 ounces of our heavy whipping cream. Oh yeah. Let's get this mixed up. Alright y'all. I'm covering this one back up for a few minutes. Let it cook down. Looks like our sauce is cooked down to where we want it. A quick stir. Go ahead and reintroduce our chicken. You can see we've cut it up into little bite-sized chunks. Y'all I cannot wait for this. Now we're just going to give this a few minutes to simmer uncovered. Alright y'all. Starting to thicken up a little bit. We've been letting it simmer uncovered. I think we've just hit the sweet spot. Let's give this one last stir. And get this to the finish line. Alright. Now we're just going to pour this over our pasta. Oh perfect. Let's go ahead and get this mixed in. Oh man. Y'all I cannot wait. This looks so good. Got a little more sauce on there. Alright. Okay, now we're cooking. About four cups of your favorite cheese blend. Let's cover this up so it stays nice and creamy while it's baking. Oh let's get this to the oven. We're going to bake this at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes just till the cheese melts. Alright y'all. Our pasta was in the oven for about 20 minutes and it's ready to serve. Oh man y'all this looks so good. I know I said ready to serve but we're just going to get some a little bit of parsley on top here. Just top it off. Give it a little extra appeal. Y'all this so good. So simple. I mean not counting boil the pasta. You're just making it in one pan and Y'all this looks delicious. Let's go ahead and give it a try.
