In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder. In another bowl, beat eggs, then add melted butter, vanilla, and lemon zest. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into a greased madeleine pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
