Every year, as you know, I meet up with friends from the 90s, hah!
Met Megan and Amanda at Marios Early Toast. It was good! My friends recommended EVERYTHING so it made things impossible to settle on. Sheesh. I enjoyed their company the most of course.
And I met Ferrin for brunch another morning at a Crepe House in Shingle Springs. Her daughter came to pick her up when our time together was over. T'was good to catch up and be with my familiar who took me under her wing years ago!
Mom made twelve quilts this year. (A few less than most because of a very large hot-pat order. Go her!)

The MC was WAY snarky; Shayla and I were hooting away at him. I hope to hear him again somewhere. It was nice to have an evening out watching grown men taking their chances on a bucking horse. Thanks for inviting us N&S! (April 2025)
Oh you knew this was coming! This year's advent calendars are done and sent to nieces in Utah and California. And I don't know about the girlies, but they have been some of my favorite. Had I figured out what I wanted to do sooner, I would have created 25 unique designs...but I'll settle for six!
