This is used for both my volunteer account "Sannita", and my work account "Sannita (WMF)". I apologise in advance for the confusion.

Yes. It's resolved.

"Resolved" means that the task has been completed, in this case. "Declined" would mean that somebody reported something, and that the developer team declined to act on it, or that a task has been merged into another one.
Community feedback was considered and taken into account, not ignored in the slightest. Please, do not change the status of the task without proper consensus.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, but I was offline this weekend. I'll ask around, I think site reliability is also involved in this, and I would like to have their opinion too.

Much more clear now, thanks!

@Wilfredor I think I need some more details on that. Isn't it already possible to add what you ask during the upload? What is exactly that you have to add in a second round? Can you please give me an example of what you do, so that the engineers could better understand the problem?

Just FYI, currently the second button (the pencil icon) allows users to enter a text-based date, which could be useful in cases where we know only partially the date (i.e. only the year of publication). Just checking if we got this use case considered too.

Let's wait on an answer
I think I will first ask the admins to remove them, and in case nobody complies, then we can escalate and do it ourselves. I'll take care of it.

Update: I proceeded to appoint Melos and Civvì as co-owners of the ML, I didn't notice I could've done so myself without opening a ticket. Anyway, we have one more proof that there was consensus to do so on the project. Closing this ticket as resolved.

Wikifunctions staff member speaking here. :) The Wikifunctions staff team is not using their additional rights (nor the right to appoint/remove someone) by their own decision, because we want to empower the community as much as possible, and to let community members decide on all relevant community matters. The only right staff members are actively using is the one of appointing Functioneers, but this task also will be given to the community after the limited release period will end.
