I checked this against the Global list: meta:Spam_blacklist, and seeing the new feedback being displayed inside the external link annotation inspector.

Reflist in the article mentioned is appearing with 2 columns in both VE and Readmode. Didn't check the behavior after saving the edit.

@nayoub/@ppelberg: Just wanted to add that the "Table deletion" option is missing in the new consolidated menu from the mockup.

@ovasileva: I am also not seeing those two issues anymore.

@zoe : After this change, we are now showing a confirmation dialog even if there are no pending changes which is not how other dialogs in VE work.

I checked VisualEditor, NWE and DiscussionTools so far on beta en.wiki with minervanightmode=1. Found the following issues:
