The initial review of repositories on GitLab is now done. The review included 370 repositories and produced 484 documentation items. Closing this task.

I am currently working on a plan for this initiative. This involves:

• brainstorming around different outreach ideas
• investigating previous and similar initiatives as well as community outreach best practices
• meeting with people previously involved in such initiatives

I added around 130 documentation items related to affiliate and personal projects. Now continuing with the most popular repositories.

I finished a review of Toolforge-related repositories on GitLab. Over 200 out of 570 repositories have been reviewed, producing a list of almost 300 documentation items for analysis. Certain patterns about documentation usage are already emerging.

Thanks @TBurmeister! The dashboard displays a maximum of 10 most active editors by number of edits. If the top 10 widget lists 7 editors, it means only 7 people edited pages in the collection in the last 90 days.

Version 1.0.0 (MVP) is now available: https://techdoc-dashboard.toolforge.org and this project is now done.

All MVP requirements are now fulfilled. Any further work on the dashboard will be done as part of T356976.
