I'm thinking in terms of a separate js module on Minerva that would provide the undo functionality on the diff special page ...

Per above, the bug doesn't exist in the deployment clusters and thus will probably be fixed when the new mediawiki version rolls out.
Possibly caused by this commit. I don't think we need to do anything here since the offending code has already been overwritten by another commit.
Nope, I am allowed to contribute it seems... That was a major mixup ....

I think having a global-minerva.js for the time being would be a better option. Most of the scripts currently in use don't detect the mobile interfaces and are not optimized for it. Enabling global.js on mobile without any prior intimation may lead to a whole lot of things breaking...

@Computer_Fizz Could you check if the IP was blocked after or before the reset email was sent ?
This already happens...

@Eldarado A private admin-only mailing list is almost equivalent to having an AzWiki FB group, something that was criticized over at the RFC. Further, there have been discussions regarding this on Mardetanha's and MarcoAurelio's talk page.

Could we sort of default to the last site domain the user has visited ? I mean even if the link points to a mobile site, he should ideally be getting the desktop site if he browses on Wikipedia on desktop most of the time (regardless of whether the device is a phone or laptop).

@TheDJ I have submitted a patch which may resolve this change.
@Huji I think you should ask an administrator to change the content-model of the page.
I believe this is a side effect of TemplateStyles which converted all subpages in the template namespace with the .css suffix into the CSS content-model.

Removing the MobileFrontend tag since I don't have an idea to what this task could be linked to MinervaNeue or MobileFrontend.

A API based semi rollback (with edit summary but without the diff screen) would be trivial to implement. I believe I have some code in my userspace which does just this. Found it ! This should be the user script that does that.
Mar 2 2019
I have made the changes to the patch.

Sorry for the unintended action, it was a misclick
On investigation, it's a bit more convoluted than I thought it would be...

@Niharika would it be possible to get a code review of the patch ? It would be great if this interim fix could be deployed in the next MediaWiki release. Pinging @Insertcleverphrasehere in case they prefer a later release with all the features requested .

This looks like a CSS issue which should be pretty simple to fix....I'll investigate when I get some time
Feb 23 2019
The "Possible issues" functionality is already present in the code but is broken. It was possibly broken by a dev in this commit. It already has support for the 'Blocked user', 'Orphaned', 'No categories' and 'No references' flags. I have submitted a patch which should fix this feature.

I think the best possible solution would be to prevent a message from being sent when the textarea is empty. It just isn't intuitive for a message to be sent when there wasn't any user-action to explicitly trigger it.

The toolbar setting are configurable onwiki. If this is for enwiki please file a edit request at the talk page of MediaWiki:PageTriageExternalDeletionTagsOptions.js.
Feb 19 2019
The devs who are working on this should take care to implement it only for people who have the createpagemainns user-right (ability to create pages in mainspace) else there could be a messy UX situation where a person is asked if he wants to create a page and then is informed that he is unable to do so.

@Krenair that task which you referenced above is still being hashed out without a clear way forward.

@DonTrung I'll try to implement it......
