@Tarrow should we emphasize that the other page does regular health checks in the copy?

I would be fine with saving time this way if it didn't mess up our metrics. It's not just tech debt now, but an issue, so let's resolve it properly. Afterwards, both this functionality and metrics are part of our commitments this quarter.

@Tarrow If you prefer to have a separate user, I wouldn't call it PlatformImportUser, but something more general like PlatformDashboardUser - to cover potentially all actions that could be initiated by the admin from the dashboard.

@Tarrow If we already know entity and property count for all wikis, there is no need to store and return them separately in a CSV. As long as the info is available in the DB, it's good enough.

The error text should be: Please enter at least 5 characters.

This request is about export for a regular backup purposes, so I think an XML dump would also work fine.
