Ingredients: 8 oz lo mein noodles (cooked) 1 tsp sesame oil 1/4 cup hot water 1 tbsp Beef Better Than Bouillon 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 lb beef (thinly sliced) 2 large carrots (sliced) 2 cups broccoli (chopped) 1 large onion (sliced) 4 garlic cloves (minced) Oil for frying (olive or sesame) Instructions: Dissolve Better Than Bouillon and brown sugar in hot water, then add soy sauce. Sauté beef in sesame oil until golden, remove, and set aside. Sauté onions, then carrots, and add broccoli. Stir in garlic. Add beef back to skillet, pour sauce, and simmer for 2 minutes.
