Remember: Metal beads might tarnish with time, charms might turned dark but you can use a clean cotton rag to polish and bring back the shine. CHILDREN must always be supervised if wearing jewelry. The ONLY reason i can do a replacement or refund will be if your bracelet breaks completely within the first 15 days , you will have to provide proofs such as pictures or a video of it .
