It’s SO easy to make and always makes for great appetizers at any gathering or dinner party! Mine came out buttery, light, uber FLAKEY and perfectly seasoned. These are so delicious and comforting - you and your guests definitely won’t want to just eat one! 😋 ✨Notes - The wood ear mushroom is optional but highly recommended! - I used 2-3 egg yolks for the egg wash for 24 puff pastries - Bake at 375F for 25 minutes ✨Ingredients (24 puff pastries) - 4 sheets of store-bought pastry sheets (I bought mine with butter but feel free to use a dairy-free option) - 1 lb ground pork (you can swap this out for beef or chicken too) - 3 tbsp of dried wood Savoury Puff Pastry, Wood Ear Mushroom, Ear Mushroom, Savory Puff Pastry, Chicken Puffs, Puff Pastries, Substitute For Egg, Just Eat, Puff Pastry Sheets
