Ingredients:
🤎3 dates
🤎1 banana, frozen
🤎2 tbsp oats 
🤎1 scoop protein powder (chocolate flavour)
🤎1 + 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder 
🤎1 cup milk

Method:
1. Soak the deseeded dates in boiling water for about 5-7 mins and then pat dry them.
2. ⁠ Add the dates and the rest of the ingredients in a blender jar and blend till its smooth.
3. Pour in your favourite glass and enjoy !
