Although Aubrey’s Back Handspring still needs some improvements on form, this Back Handspring attempt was far better than her first one with me! On this attempt her arms were a lot stronger and she has a lot more confidence! Taking your athletes back to the basics really helps connect the dots for the athlete and continually helps them improve their muscle memory!"
