I am going to use all my collected 30 day challenges to create my own personal overall challenge. Focus; ab's, arms (in particular) triceps, butt, inner thigh and a few more...! Blog coming soon! Major fitness as well as weight goals. Follow me to see my progress! Swimming already met my goal! so going for 5km. Remainder - 3km run in 8min, 20 pull ups, 20 chin ups, 100 push ups in 2min, 100 sit ups in 2 min. Whoohoo here we come!
