ସଂଜ୍ଞା

କରୋନା ରୋଗ ୨୦୧୯ ବା କେବଳ କରୋନା, ଏସଏଆରଏସ-ସିଓଭି-୨ (SARS-CoV-2) (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) ଭୂତାଣୁ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଯୋଗୁ ହୁଏ ।^[୧] ସଂକ୍ରମଣର ୨ରୁ ୧୪ ଦିନ ପରେ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଖାଯାଏ, ହାରାହାରି ୫ ଦିନ ଲାଗେ । ^[୨]^[୩]

ରୋଗୀର ଜ୍ୱର, ଶୁଖିଲା କାଶ ଓ ଅଣନିଶ୍ୱାସୀ ହୋଇପାରେ ବା ଲକ୍ଷଣ ବିହୀନ ହୋଇପାରେ ।

କାରଣ

ଏହି ରୋଗ ଏସଏଆରଏସ-ସିଓଭି-୨ (SARS-CoV-2) ଭୂତାଣୁ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଯୋଗୁ ହୁଏ ଯାହାକୁ ପୂର୍ବେ ୨୦୧୯ ନୋଭେଲ କରୋନାଭୁତାଣୁ କୁହାଯାଉଥିଲା । କାଶ ଓ ଛିଙ୍କ ହେବା ସମୟରେ ଏହି ଭୂତାଣୁ ଫୁସଫୁସରୁ ବାହାରି ଆସି ବାୟୁ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ବ୍ୟାପିଯାଏ ।^[୪]^[୫]

ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ

ନାକ ବା ଗଳରୁ ସ୍ୱାବ ନେଇ ରିଭର୍ସ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସକ୍ରିପସନ ପଲିମରେଜ ଚେନ ରିଆକସନ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯାଏ । ଲକ୍ଷଣ, ସଙ୍କଟ କାରକ ଓ ଛାତିର ସିଟି ସ୍କାନ ଚିତ୍ର ଦେଖି ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ କରାଯାଇପାରେ । ^[୬]^[୭]

ପ୍ରତିଷେଧ

କୌଣସି ଟିକା ନ ଥିବାରୁ ସଂକ୍ରମଣର ଶିକାର ନହେବା ପାଇଁ ଘରେ ରହିବା, ଯାତ୍ରା ନ କରିବା, ସାମାଜିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଭାଗ ନ ନେବା, ସାବୁନ ଓ ଗରମ ପାଣି ଦେଇ ହାତ ଧୋଇବା, ଅଧୁଆ ହାତରେ ଆଖି, ନାକ ଓ ପାଟିକୁ ନ ଛୁଇଁବା ଓ କାଶ ବେଳେ ରୁମାଲ ଦେଇ କାଶିବା ଓ ପରେ ସେହି ରୁମାଲ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିବାକୁ ହୁଏ । ^[୮]^[୯]

ଚିକିତ୍ସା

ଏହି ରୋଗ ନିମନ୍ତେ କୌଣସି ଔଷଧ ନାହିଁ । ଅମ୍ଳଜାନ ଓ ଶିରାଭ୍ୟନ୍ତର ତରଳ ପଦାର୍ଥ ଦେଇ ସ‌ହାୟକ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରାଯାଏ । ^[୧୦]^[୧୧]ଆକ୍ୟୁଟ ରେସପିରେଟରି ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ନଥିଲେ ସ୍ଟିରଏଡ ଦିଆଯାଏ ନାହିଁ ।^[୧୨]^[୧୩]
