This patch adds support for setting incoming_chmod and outgoing_chmod parameters to the swift::storage::all definition. This is useful because leaving incoming_chmod and outgoing_chmod set to their default values causes deprecation warnings. Users of swift::storage::all may want to start setting the new values and thereby avoid these warning messages. Change-Id: I627ab2255087b0ebc2d3ddc9cd4a7a7d254abb65
