Dave the Diver is possibly coming to Xbox Game Pass soon, according to a new report from a well-known Microsoft leaker. The hit genre hybrid is said to be aiming to reach Xbox Game Pass in late July 2024.
Developed by Nexon subsidiary Mintrocket, Dave the Daver combines action-adventure gameplay with management sim elements by tasking players to explore undersea environments during the day while running a sushi restaurant at night. It was originally released for PC and the Nintendo Switch in June and October 2023, respectively, before making its way to PlayStation consoles in April 2024. Many critics praised Dave the Diver for its captivating gameplay loop and engaging exploration, helping propel it to the title of one of the highest-rated games of 2023. That immense level of renown is reflected in its OpenCritic aggregate score of 90, as well as its perfect 100% reviewer recommendation rate.
