La ricetta qui ⬇️ INGREDIENTI per la pasta 500 g di farina 140 g di parmigiano grattugiato 200 g di burro a temperatura ambiente 2 tuorli 2 cucchiaini di senape in polvere , 5 g (oppure semini tipo sesamo) 80 ml di acqua circa sale per il ripieno 200 g di zucca cotta un rametto di rosmarino 400 g di erbette fresche 1 scamorza affumicata 2 tuorli 1 spicchio d'aglio olio evo q.b. sale pepe un albume PROCEDIMENTO Preparate la pasta brisèe mescolando la farina con il sale, la polvere di senape (se piace), il parmigiano e il burro a tocchetti.
