Ingredients: 
200 g beef steak 
50 g vermicelli rice noodles 
1 carrot cut into match sticks 
1 cucumber cut into match sticks 
2/3 capsicum cut into match sticks 
1 cup snowpeas shredded 
1/2 red onion finely sliced 
1/2 cup fresh mint 
2 tbsp fresh coriander 

Dressing: 
1 clove garlic minced 
1 red chilli finely chopped 
2 limes juiced 
1 tbsp tamari 
1 tsp pure maple syrup 

Method: 
Prepare the dressing by stirring the garlic, chilli, lime juice, tamari and maple syrup  together in a small bowl. 
Grill the steak in a non stick pan on medium -high heat for 4-5 minutes each side, or until  cooked to your liking.
