Let mee start from THE beeginnin. Sunday Miss Henley (Couzin Mitchel’ss Fee-ance) from upstairs came to ‘vissit’ Pixie. Shee had carrier at THE reddy. Shee spent an hour with Pixie. Shee did not catch Pixie. But shee tried an wee gratefull.

Monday BellaSita with guy-dance from Miss Henley deecided to try to trap Pixie. It was a HUGE waitin game! The night is chilly & so dark. Clouds obscure the Moon. I’m not sure which direction I’m heading in? North? West? Where IS my little house? If I could just get home; I’d be all right. At least I think I’ll be safe there.

There’s no place like home. There’s NO place like home!!! Great, I’m thinking of the “Wizard Of Oz” while trying to escape from him…..strange what Humans think about when in mortal danger!

I’m running thru the sparsely filled woodland. Not really a forest; just an outcropping of trees at the edge of town. I can see streetlights so I head towards them. Light will be my Salvation!

I’ve run for what seems like hours, yet it’s only been 1/2 hour. My legs are aching; my lungs raw from the cold air. At least I’m dressed properly. Leggings & long sleeved top & Hoodie & Running shoes. Out for a nightly jog! HAHAHA!! I must be losing my mind thinking such a silly thought!

As my feet hit pavement; I stop. Bend over; hands on my knees; trying to get my breathing back under control.

I listen to the night air, but all is silent. Did I lose him? Did he turn back?

Suddenly I am disoriented. It’s like something out of a “Silent Hill” game! There is fog totally surrounding me!! WHAT THE HELL??

I stop running. Try to get my bearings. Which way am I facing? Was the house straight ahead or off to the right? Why can’t I remember?

Then the fog thins little by little. I start to see objects take shape. A good sign. I can make out sidewalks & cars in driveways. I see the street sign for Autumn Lane. I feel better….I see all the houses on my street. I see my house. The little red brick house I’ve lived in all my life. How I love that little place. My safe haven from anyone or anything that could hurt me.

The clouds part a bit & I can see a bit of the Moon shining down. Everything is calm.

Maybe this all was a bad dream? I see Phillip Henley in my mind. The man I KNOW as Phillip Henley. Only he is distorted & out of focus. So tall & dressed in some sort of long robe. Some sort of leather apron. I can’t see his face!! What does his face look like?

As I ponder why I can’t visualize Phillip Henley, I walk down the street to my house. It looks so warm & inviting. What a relief to be home at last! Unlock the front door & let myself in. Everything just as I left it. I take off my Hoodie & Runners. Step into my livingroom & see the fire in the grate. I go stand by the fireplace & hold my hands out to drink in the warmth.

Then it happens! The room dissolves. I’m standing in a burning place. I hear the blade dragging slowly towards me, echoing off the walls, the ceiling, the floor. This is just a hallucination! Of course it is! Too much Adrenaline; too much running.

IT’S. ALL. JUST. A. HALLUCINATION.

The last thing I remember is seeing Phillip Henley, only he ISN’T Phillip. He IS Pyramid Head. I see the Great Spear looming above me.

My last thought before the blade comes down ”OH MY G-D I’M IN THE GAME!! NOOOOO!!”

Then darkness descends….
