English: Vycheslav Molotov (Skrybin), Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars (Prime Minister) and Joseph Stalin, General Secretary of the Communist Party. Context: two most powerful managers of USSR. While there were no formal subordination, Stalin was de-facto head of state. Molotov became a protégé of and his close adherent. Active participants in the Great Purge: both as Politburo members approved mass execution/deportation: NKVD Order № 00447 of July 30, 1937. Both signed mass execution lists (Album procedure): Molotov signed 373 lists and Stalin signed 362 lists. Out of the 28 People's Commissars (Ministers) in Molotov's Government, 20 were executed on the orders of Molotov and Stalin. Molotov’s wife Polina Zhemchuzhina was repressed for communicating with Golda Meir, the first Israeli envoy to the USSR at the time.

Обидва підписали масові списки на розстріл (Сталінські списки/альбоми): Молотов підписав 373 списків, а Сталін підписав 362 списків. З 28 народних комісарів (міністрів) уряду Молотова 20 було страчено на замовлення Молотова та Сталіна. Дружина Молотова Поліна Жемчужина була репресована за спілкування з Голдою Меїр, першим ізраїльським амбасадором до СРСР.

This work is an information report (including photo report), which was created by an employee of TASS, ROSTA, or KarelfinTAG as part of that person’s official duties between July 10, 1925[3] and January 1, 1946, provided that it was first released in the stated period or was not released until August 3, 1993.

This work is in the public domain in the United States, because it was in the public domain in its home country (Russia) on the URAA date (January 1, 1996), and it wasn't re-published for 30 days following initial publications in the U.S.
