Add yeast mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms. Knead: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. First rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Shape & second rise: Shape dough into a round loaf. Place on parchment paper and let rest for 15 minutes. Cook in crockpot: Place dough (with parchment) in the crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 2-2.5 hours until golden and firm. Crisp the crust (optional): For a crispy crust, transfer to an oven at 450°F for 5-10 minutes. Cool & enjoy! Let cool before slicing.
