Vintage Gorgeous Dressy Black Alencon Lace Evening Blouse

Main picture is lightened to show detail as it is very black. Details cannot be easily seen in other pics. Gorgeous vintage black alencon lace blouse for evening wear. It is labeled Watters and Watters with the fabric contents and care pictured. My guess is 60's - 80's . This lace is fabulous with heavy cording around the flowers in an all over floral pattern. The top has slight off the shoulder wide straps or sleeves which fall to a v shape on both front and back. It is fitted along the waist. All edges have the eyelash of the lace showing on the scalloped edging. Inside is lined in both a netting and silky acetate or poly fabric. There are 4 long stays and a nylon zipper that is put in starting from 1/3 way down the back to the hem, as seen in pic. Measurement - unpinned and the blouse is a little too large on this form especially at the shoulders. Forms measurements - shoulder 14.5, bust 34,waist, 23.5 and hips 34.5 inches Flat - shoulder 15.5, bust 17.5, waist 14.25, length 20 inches from shoulder to hem. Condition is excellent.
