By doing this you are "reserving" your mirror, regardless of if your RSVPs or seating chart is finalized. ✅ Step Two: Once your seating chart is finalized, send it via email to [email protected]. We understand guests are changing RSVPs up until the week of the wedding, and we can work with you to make changes. ✅ Step Three: Our design team will send you a proof of order after receiving your seating chart. We offer unlimited edits and revisions. You will receive a fully assembled seating chart that's ready-to-go for your wedding or event. Proof & Editing 📝 You will receive two proofs: one will be of how the seating chart cards and vinyl writing are going to be organized on your mirror and the second one will show how each individual card will look with the guest names on them. At any point of the design process, you are more than welcome to make edits and changes. If you need us to hold your mirror until you work out details with your seating chart, we are extremely flexible and can work with your timeline. Mirror Details🪞 ▪️ The Wedding Seating Chart measures 65in. x 24in. And weight approx. 23lbs. ▪️ This Seating Chart Mirror can easily be leaned up against the wall or be free-standing with the attached stand. The attached stand is a U-shaped, aluminum alloy frame that has a foldable hinge to allow for super easy transportation. ▪️ The top of the floor mirror is designed with a unique smooth arched-top frame, a design element that is very trendy for 2024 and 2025 wedding receptions. Seating Chart Details ▪️ Wedding guest seating assignments can be displayed in a variety of different ways, but typically are organized alphabetically or by table. ▪️ The seating chart cards are made with heavyweight, acid-free linen cardstock paper that has a "linen-like" textured appearance to them. The cardstock is 80lb cover cardstock with 96 brightness. If you would like to see an close-up picture of what the linen cardstock looks like, feel free to send us a message. ▪️ Depending on the number of tables and/or the number of guests, seating chart cards will be either 5x7" or 4x6" ▪️ Table number cards will be shipped already applied to your mirror and decorated with the wax seal (we use clear, double sided adhesive so the wax seal isn't the only thing holding the cardstock card up). Refunds & Returns Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. All orders are packaged with high-quality shipping materials, but due to circumstances outside of our control, products will occasionally arrive damaged or broken. In the event that a product arrives in an unusable condition, Magnolia Dreams will offer either a full refund or to replace the product with complimentary, expedited shipping (if arrival is close to the date of the event).
