1 week + 4 days postpartum. This picture has zero filter, zero flex, zero trying to look skinny pose. My tummy is soft + round because my body just stretched to carry an 8 lb baby! I have not yet weighed myself. IIt's all about taking your TIME + having GRACE during your postpartum journey. As for me...walking + a few exercises recommended by a physical therapist are ALL I'm going to do for AT LEAST 4 weeks to let my body HEAL. Be safe mommas + honor the body that gave you that newborn!
