Though in Ghana, we don’t really have groundnut stew, we do have the popular and tasty groundnut soup (Nkate Nkwan) and Mafe reminds me very much of it. Try it out it is pretty easy to make and you can surely switch up the proteins and veggies to suite your taste of dietary restrictions!"
