Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces pancetta or bacon, diced
- 2 large egg yolks
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pancetta or bacon until crispy. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
