High in fiber, rich in calcium, and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients:-
- Ragi (Finger Millet) - 1 cup
- Urad dal (Black Gram) - 1/2 cup
- Rice flour - 4 spoons
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - as needed
- Oil - for cooking
Instructions:-
 - Wash the ragi and urad dal thoroughly 2-3 times. 
 - Soak them together in water for 5 hours.
Making the Batter:
- Drain the soaked mixture and add a little water.
- Grind it into a smooth batter.
- Mix in 4 spoons of rice flour.
- Cover the batter and let it ferment overnight.
Next Day:-
- Add 1 tsp salt and 3-4 tbsp water to the fermented batter.
- Mix well.
- Heat a dosa pan.
- Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it 
- Drizzle a little oil around the edges.
