Work up to 1 minute on each side for the hip flexor mobility exercise.

And aim to build to 25 repetitions of the arabesque lift.

And remember guys results take patience, practice and time. 

Sophie has demonstrated beautiful work and while these exercises help they are not standalone and while they will help with strength and mobility we must also practice the technique of arabesque in our class work.

There are no magic exercises, but if you are struggling, adding these exercises a few times a week can certainly help.
