INGREDIENTS-
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce or Tamari
2 tsp brown sugar or honey
2-3 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp chili sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic 
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
Sesame seeds to taste
DIRECTIONS-
Prepare marinade by whisking together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and sesame seeds. Pour over the salmon but reserve about 1/4 cup so you can pour some on top after the fish is cooked. 
Set air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for about 12 minutes. Remove and serve over bowls of rice. Add some reserved marinade on top and garnish with your favorite toppings. I forgot to add avocado to mine!
