Here’s how👇🏼 • Massage & roller your calves, metatarsals, achilles AND heel! Foot rollers or golf balls are perfect ⚠️ tightness decrees mobility. Massage before your dance classes • Demi point stretches👆🏼here are lots of fantastic options • Arch Definer Stretch (super intense!) Place your Demi point against a wall or barre leg with your heel touching & slowly try to straighten your leg. You will feel an intensity in the foot but also ankle.
