The Story
NetFiscus started with a frustrating realization: "I have no idea if I'm actually making progress."
Tracking investments in spreadsheets was a mess - manual currency conversions, complicated return calculations, broken charts. So I built NetFiscus to solve my own problem. What started as a personal tool evolved into a platform giving anyone access to performance tracking tools - without complex spreadsheets or expensive software.
The Mission
Help people understand their financial situation so they can make informed decisions.
Most people can't answer: "Am I better off today than I was last year?" Financial awareness should be accessible to anyone willing to spend 10 minutes a month staying engaged with their money.
NetFiscus is a tracking tool for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
Regular manual updates foster a closer connection with financial data, leading to a deeper understanding of personal finances.
Direct data entry minimizes errors that can occur with automatic syncing, ensuring that every record is correct and deliberate.
Sensitive information remains solely under the user's control, eliminating the need to share bank credentials and reducing risks associated with third-party integrations.
Support for custom assets, debt, and multi-currency accounts—all in one place.
See your investment performance, historical trends, and financial health at a glance.
Estimate future scenarios based on current trends and planned contributions.
No subscriptions, just a clear pay-per-use model that gives you control and transparency.
What we DON'T do:
What we DO do:
Why no bank syncing?
Besides the obvious privacy benefits, bank syncing apps can only track what's connected (they miss real estate, collectibles, crypto in cold storage). They require ongoing maintenance when connections break. They introduce security risks with credential sharing. They often sell your aggregated data to third parties.
Manual entry means you control everything. What you track, when you update it, and who sees it (just you). We're not trying to build an AI that understands your spending habits. We're trying to help you understand your financial picture. That's it.
NetFiscus isn't for everyone. It's for people who:
