Barndominium House

Award Won: 2nd Place in Residential Buildings at the 2018 National Frame Building Association Awards. The metal home is a barndominium, shouse and unique post frame home all wrapped up into one. The front and back of the building feature large porches and three exterior uniquely-framed overhead doors. The interior displays a large drive-thru shop with raised-chord trusses and small living quarters off to the side. This building is meant for those who live their hobby day in and day out.

Award Winning Distillery

Judges’ Award (Best in Show Award) at the 2016 National Frame Building Association Awards. The Jeptha Creed Distillery is a truly beautiful post and beam building. The exposed timber trusses in the interior and on the exterior put it leagues above any other buildings in its category. The building itself serves as a distillery, but it also serves as a venue with a bar and meeting room. The large open space makes it feel inviting as though it was asking for more customers to come in.

Luxury Hunting Cabin

1st Place in Hobby Shops at the 2018 National Frame Building Association Awards. This luxury hunting cabin sits in the northwoods on prime hunting land. There is a loft with multiple bedrooms for hunters that come and go. Attached to the living quarters is a large machinery storage building. The exterior has a large concrete slab with a fire pit and a wrap-around porch. The building was manufactured by Walters Buildings and constructed by Buck and Bossman Construction.

2011 Building of the Year - Judges Award/Best Engineering at the National Frame Building Association Awards. This building had a bit of everything. Designed with offices, living quarters and room for horses this pole barn home offered a beautiful finish with unmatched energy efficiency.

This timber frame house is at the peak of luxury post and beam homes. The beautiful, exposed timber trusses match the rustic, reclaimed barnwood floors. While a large wooden door warmly greets guests from the front, a patio with floor to floor windows waits for them on the back of the house. The interior features a loft with two attached rooms, a wide, open concept living room that leads into a state-of-the-art kitchen and a sleek master bedroom on the lower level.
