20min · 2 servings Ingredients • 250 gm Shirataki Noodles • 1/2 Tbsp Oil • 150 gm Mushroom • 1 (100 gm) small Carrot • 2 cloves Garlic • 100 gm Green Onions • 1/4 Yellow pepper • 1/4 Red pepper • For the noodle marinade • 4 Tbsp Tbs + 1 tsp Soy sauce • 2 Tbsp Sesame seed oil • 1 tsp Sugar ( I used coconut sugar ) adjust according to your taste I’ve added a bit less • 1 clove Garlic for the sauce • Salt & White pepper to taste • 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
