Here's a pre-designed plant palette of  mostly native Utah perennials and grasses perfect for an ultra low-water planting bed or park strip planting.  All are compatible with rock mulch and can take the heat.  Organized by bloom time (Pasque Flower blooms first) and designed to include great texture, silver foliage accents and the design is grounded by ornamental grasses.  Pick and choose your favorites or use 'em all (minus any which grow more than 2.5 feet tall in the park strip!)
